South Explorer Unit

Meetings

First meeting to be held on 7^th January 2007 

The meetings to be held monthly on the first Sunday of every month for a trail period until September. 

The meeting will run from 4pm to 8pm 

The cost of each meeting will be £5 per Explorer.  This will go towards the hire of the Campbell Rooms and meeting expenses.  (Cheques payable to Mid Sedgemoor ESU) 

Each meeting we will have some food available 

The Campbell Rooms have been booked for the first Sunday of every month 

Part of each meeting will take place outside. 

Explorers from the other two Sedgemoor Units will be encouraged to come along 

Full uniform to be worn for the start of the meeting, but a change of clothes should also be available. 

Please bring two pairs of foot ware (indoors and outdoors)

Administration 

South will not have a bank account to start with, all banking will be carried out by Mid Sedgemoor ESU 

We will use the Mid Sedgemoor database to store personal details 

Most communication with Explorers and Parents will be by email whenever possible
